    I have completed the installation & it's up and running.
    In the NT output i am getting this error message.

    "Can't create a file when that file already exists"

    which file could this be? ideas?

    I am also not getting updates in the Webinterface. I am getting updates in the NinjaMonitor. Thanks.

    Hello Tony,

    WebInterface : could you make sure the option "Update WebInterface" is checked ?

    Error : What is your current set-up ? I mean, how many strategies, and chart bar type ?

    Update WebInterface is checked.

    I have multiple instances(about 15) of the same strategy that run in the Control Center(Note not in charts). For this test only one of those instances has been enabled. The strategy is applied to range type bars.

    Ah, we've never tested NinjaMonitor with a range bars strategy.
    We're trying to reproduce the issue, we'll keep you updated.

    I tried it but i am still getting the error "Cannot create a file when that file already exists". Nothing showed up in the NinjaMonitor console.

    Good afternoon, please necesitio help to make good use of NinjaMonitor.

    The first thing I want to do a test mail but I get the error --- smtp problem.

    The confuguracion I have is the following,

    From --- my mail
    Emaill ---my mail

    SERVER ---- I have to put here please?

    ussername - I have to put here please?

    Passwor - I have to put here please?

    Please I need clarity and accuracy in responses.

    Hello optimuss ... please don't hijack threads and create a new threads for new problems ..

    I'll answer here, but in the future please be more carefull .

    Configuration for email is pretty straight-forward. To be able to send emails from NinjaMonitor, we need to know which SMTP server to connect to.
    This can be your ISP smtp server, or a third party smtp server (gmail,hotmail,yahoo, or other).

    the different fields :

    FROM - that is the NAME that appears when you receive an email from ninjamonitor
    EMAIL - the email that appears when ninjamonitor is sending you an email
    SERVER - the smtp server address
    USERNAME - if the smtp server requires authentification
    PASSWORD - same as above
    PORT - if the smtp server requires a non-standard port
    SSL - if the connection to the smtp server have to be secured

    Settings have pretty much the same name, you should be able to work things out.
